Life with Two

I will be the first to admit it, two kids is hard work.  I guess I should have known that, right??  Well, as usual, I am suprised.  Julian is a total snuggler....as in I can't put him down.  Not the easiest when Luisa also needs my attention, but we are making it work...for the most part.  Luisa is doing well, minus a few tantrums, but the is three and that comes with the territory so I don'nt know if I should blame it on that or Julian's arrival.  She adores Julian though.  Always wanting to kiss him or touch him.  She gets mad that she can't hold him or pick him up, but it passes rather quickly.

Her birthday was on Tuesday.  We had a small party for her at Tom and Elaine's.  It was very nice.  Jenn was in town and a few of my close friends came to celebrate.  Luisa felt special and I have to credit Elain with making it happen.  I would not have been able to pull it off with out her. 

Luisa starts ballet tomorrow and again, Elaine is going to help out and take her just in case Julian is not ready for the adventure, but I hope to meet them there to watch her in her little tutu and tights.  She is so excited.  Pics to come...if I make it.

Julian has reflux...just like his sister, although his does not affect his eating.  He eats.....all the time.  We will certainly go broke feeding this child.  Breastfeeding lasted two weeks.  I am a terrible breastfeeder and just have to be okay with that, even though I am not.  Time will help.  I just wanted it so badly for him.  At least I know that Luisa turned out okay bottle fed and all.
